AUTHENTIC NEUROSPICY
Terms of Use

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, upload an image, use the creator, or request a custom product.
2. Your images and permission
You may upload only images you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for obtaining permission from every identifiable person shown. You remain responsible for your uploads, instructions, creations, downloads, and product requests.
3. Limited processing permission
You grant Authentic Neurospicy and its service providers a limited license to receive, process, resize, remove backgrounds from, store, reproduce, and transmit your uploaded images only as reasonably necessary to provide the creator, account, download, support, and custom-product services you request.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for impersonation, fraud, deceptive endorsements, threats, stalking, harassment, bullying, humiliation, defamation, hate, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, explicit sexual content, sexualized content involving a minor, illegal activity, or infringement of another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
5. Our artwork and service
Authentic Neurospicy owns or licenses its templates, artwork, software, branding, copy, and site design. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of those materials. You may use the finished rendered output for personal purposes and any additional uses expressly offered with the applicable product or plan.
6. Image processing and results
Automated and manual image tools may produce imperfect cuts, edges, placement, colors, or previews. You must review your final design carefully before downloading it or requesting a product.
7. Custom products
Custom products are manually prepared from the submitted design. You will receive a private Authentic Neurospicy product link before purchase. Review that page carefully. Once purchased, the product may be fulfilled exactly as submitted. Garment color, placement, and printed appearance can vary slightly from an on-screen preview. Shipping is charged separately unless a promotion states otherwise.
8. Accounts, rejection, and enforcement
We may reject or cancel a creation or product request, remove stored content, limit access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect others, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
9. Service availability
The service may change, pause, or experience errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every uploaded image will work with every template.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated. Counsel should finalize applicable warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing-law provisions.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. The version accepted by an account is stored with its consent record.
